In the event of a loss or damage to your piece of jewellery, we can help you submit a claim with your insurance company, by giving a detailed letter.
This letter will give a description of your item, the damage that has occurred and the costings.

We are part of LMG gem scheme, which is the UK’s largest organisation specialising in the professional management of insurance claims for jewellery, watches and other valuable items. LMG payments are accepted in store so you can replace a lost item with something equally as beautiful.

We also accept payment direct from the insurers or from the customer if a pay out has been already received.
