With over 65 years of experience designing and creating jewellery, for our very own windows along with working closely with our customers, you are in safe hands.

Our in-house designers will discuss budget, design preferences and can produce sketches and images before your unique piece of jewellery is made.

We can also offer expert advice about the colour, clarity, cut and carat of diamonds, along with other gemstones.

Once we have design concept, we work through to create CAD models and renders, then put the concept into reality creating a bespoke jewellery piece unlike any other.

Our CAD (Computer Aided Design) service enables us to create highly-detailed and technical 3D illustrations to convey the end result of a bespoke piece. This model also creates a physical resin so you are able to see and try your new jewellery before it’s made.

For both new and remodelled pieces, we begin the process by taking a sketch or concept from your customer to translate them into a CAD model that shows the piece in all angles and in a more realistic and detailed way. We then follow this step by creating a fully rendered image from the CAD model. This rendered image shows the bespoke piece in the chosen metal colour with any gemstone or diamond elements reflecting their true shine and sparkle. Following this, your will receive the rendered image to review for pre-production agreement to then move onto the next stage of the process.

If you are keen to try the bespoke piece on before we begin the production stage, we can create a resin version of the piece for you to try on and confirm that you are happy with a new unique design.

We recommend you allow 45 minutes for your initial consultation; the concept phase will then take 2-4 weeks.

We will always try and update you through the manufacturing process, the timescale is always dependant on your chosen design and its complexity.

This being said, we try to complete manufacturing between 6-8 weeks from the sign off of the chosen design.
