As a family-run business, we pride ourselves on putting our customers at ease with a personal design service. We spend time working closely with you to discuss your ideas, budget and ideal gemstones, offering practical guidance where necessary.

We can produce images to help you visualise the finished product before your piece is made by our highly skilled independent craftsmen.

The Jewellery Making Process In Detail

Inspiration

What pieces of jewellery capture your imagination?

When you decide to create a bespoke piece of jewellery, we’ll arrange a casual meeting with our designer so you can get to know us and our designer can get a feel for your tastes.

We’ll spend time talking you through different styles of jewellery, showing you samples from our on-site workshop and helping you develop your ideas into a stunning, bespoke design.

Selection

Here comes the exciting part: what gemstone or diamond will you choose?

Our designer can talk you through the cut, carat, colour and clarity of a stone to bring your design to life.

The metal and mount you choose for your diamond are also important decisions; we help you envisage how you will wear the jewellery so you can choose with confidence.

Rest assured all our stones and diamonds come from ethical sources and our precious metal is environmentally friendly.

Approval

After you have selected the precious stones and mount for your unique piece of jewellery, we will work closely with you to finalise and approve the design.

We’ll agree final points, such as ring sizing and bandwidth, and share any mock-up sketches we have created. We can also provide detailed Computer Aided Design (CAD) drawings.

Take your time to make any changes that you want; we can arrange as many appointments to discuss your item as are necessary.

At the end of this step we’ll have a crystal clear idea of how your piece of jewellery is going to look and feel.

Tranformation

This is where the magic happens. Our talented jewellers will handcraft your design into a beautiful piece, taking care to build it exactly to your specifications.

This process usually takes approximately 6 weeks.

Unveiling

The big moment! It’s time to take your bespoke piece home with you.

We trust that you will be delighted with your unique piece of jewellery, knowing that it simply cannot be found anywhere else.
